Melissa Waring is a highly resourceful and knowledgeable recruiter who has worked with Vera O’Shea for years to search and identify top legal talent. Before becoming a recruiter, Marc developed and coached many of the best junior tennis players in the country, including national champions. A native of NJ, Marc was ranked top 10 in the Eastern Tennis Association as a junior and went on to play #1 singles and doubles for Penn State on a full scholarship. Marc was one of the first coaches in the country selected into the USTA High-Performance Coaching Program at the US Open and Wimbledon.
