Melissa Waring is a highly resourceful and knowledgeable recruiter who has worked with Vera O’Shea for years to search and identify top legal talent. Melissa grew up in NJ and graduated from Bucknell University. Before entering the legal recruiting field in 2006, Melissa worked for 11 years in the corporate office of the IT staffing firm Technisource, now a division of Randstand, from its early beginnings as a small startup to it being listed on NASDAQ.

After a successful and rewarding career as a tennis coach, Marc joined Transcend Careers in 2017 to work alongside his lifelong friend, Vera O’Shea.
Before becoming a recruiter, Marc developed and coached many of the best junior tennis players in the country, including national champions. A native of NJ, Marc was ranked top 10 in the Eastern Tennis Association as a junior and went on to play #1 singles and doubles for Penn State on a full scholarship. Marc was one of the first coaches in the country selected into the USTA High-Performance Coaching Program at the US Open and Wimbledon.
